REFUND POLICY

We want to keep our policies very clear and simple. So, please read this before making the purchase.

Shipping time is 1-2 business days . 

Delivery ( 3-5 days ) - Depending on courier service and Holidays. 

During Festivals or holiday season delivery can take time even for priority mail orders . 

Most Important: Uncut Opening Parcel video is must for any issue. 

1)We have a no-return policy on all our Jewelry items due to hygiene and safety concerns. ( No return if you don't like the products) unless damaged, different product. 

2)If you have any Complaints, You have to reach out to us within 2 days. (Days start from the date of delivery). We will not compromise in the number of days.

3) Return Cost will be handled by Buyer in any case due to nature of our small business.

4)If the product is damaged during shipping then we can give you store credit,exchange the item if available( shipping will be handled by customer) . 

5 ) WE WILL NOT ISSUE FULL REFUNDS FOR MINOR DEFECTS . 

6 ) UNCUT OPENING VIDEO IS MUST FROM ALL ANGLES . Please don’t  try to repack the box after opening just to pack a video. 

7) Minor color differences in the actual product from the website is possible.

If the tracking number shows delivered and if the package is not delivered, please call the shipping company and ask them. Once the order is shipped, we are not responsible for any kind of misplaced packages.
